André Reß
Head of Online Marketing
André has basically become a search engine himself and holds his hand over everything to do with SEA and SEO at Blackbit. With the other, he looks after his key accounts and takes care of the strategic project conception. With his sights firmly set on his goal, he has staying power and a lot of patience, just as he does when jogging, sailing or rowing in his free time.
Andrii Fedorchenko
Frontend development
andrii.fedorchenko@blackbit.de
Deviation from the standard in the most positive sense - that is Andrii's task in frontend development. He programmes his unusual solutions with React Native or Vue.js and ensures in quality management that no bugs have crept in.
He recovers from the working day with music on his ears and a visit to the gym. At the top of his bucket list is the dream of owning his own country house. Preferably close to the forest, because if Andrii were a plant, it would be a mighty old Sequoia.

Arian Juwig
Backend development
Few bugs, lots of independent development, a cup of tea and delicious food - that's all it takes and Arian's working day is perfect. He uses PhpStorm and Chrome to complete his tasks at Blackbit and also programmes in his free time. Because ambition knows no end of the day.
His perfect Sunday at least provides a contrast: Arian can wind down by reading and going for a walk, and a round of gaming is also allowed. Our insider tip if you want to make him happy: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are one of his few weaknesses.
Bent Brüggemann
Senior Backend Development
Bent is a true guarantor of quality. A nerd by conviction, self-taught, and a perfectionist, he is eager to take on the next challenge. Because he doesn't shy away from discussions about how we can do something better. And when a problem arises, it really starts to be fun for him.

She confidently masters Blackbit's internal ERP system, always in close contact with the manufacturer and keeping a close eye on the black figures. In her free time, the most she can do is score points at tennis, when she's not doing something nice with her family.

Kerstin Schmitz
Media Design / Proofreading
Kerstin is a media designer and proofreader - what has been set in Latin letters at Blackbit has been seen by her strict eagle eye. Her diligence grows out of an intimate love of language. And because everything is permitted in war and love, she mercilessly draws out the red pencil in the fight against oblique formulations, crooked metaphors and limp comparisons. She knows exactly the difference between a mother raven and a mother crow.

Lisa sees herself as a gardener who plants barren landscapes at the request of customers and advises them on the selection of suitable plants. Structure is everything, which is why she tirelessly insists on the timely implementation of her planting calendar - from planting the seeds to harvesting. After work, she continues with a strict schedule: fixed dinners with the family, weight training or agility with her hunting dog. Only a full week is a good week!
Marie Amelie Elbeshausen

Media designer Marie conjures up impressive graphics, puts the finishing touches on images and then gets everything ready for printing.
To find a balance to her sedentary office life, she goes up high. Because on weekends she likes to go on big tours in the Harz mountains. What she hasn't seen on her excursions, she then simply adds at home. The loving cat mummy not only likes to illustrate analogue pictures, but also uses her iPad to make all kinds of animals appear in her photos of excursions. There are no unicorns in the Harz mountains, my ass!

A good day for Max only ends when, after a successful day at work, he once again demonstrates his discipline in the dojo, at his great offline passion WingTsun.
Nadine Bachert-Brückner
Administration / Fin. Accounting
Nadine has always been good at remembering numbers and is simply great at dealing with them. That's why she handles all the processes that are part of the company's planning, control, documentation and cost accounting. In this way, she arrives at the overall result and can document the asset situation as well as changes in the inventory - in other words, she determines what remains on the bottom line.
In her private life, however, she likes to turn her back on the realm of numbers and reset her computer in the fresh air - by bike or on foot and with pleasure with her family and dog.
Nadine Bisikati
Management
Don't mess with Nadine! As head of operations, she takes care of everything to do with the organisation and control of operational processes. Controlling is also in the hands of the self-confessed control freak. Nadine also describes herself as impatient, direct, impulsive, open and loud - exactly how you would want your colleagues to be. Only in her free time, when she meets up with friends to cook or marvels at the world while travelling, does she sometimes get quiet.
Natalia Beznosko
UX/UI-Design
Our UX/UI-Designer with a big passion for technology. As soon as Natalia sits at the laptop and the hot coffee steams in the cup next to her, her thoughts flow almost by themselves. On weekends, she likes to retreat and loves spending time with her family, preferably by the sea.

Senior Backend Development
15 years of user-centered programming make the senior backend dev an experienced php developer who can draw on a wealth of experience from countless projects. He is also constantly evolving and is open to new technologies and programming languages.

With patient precision, he draws comics in his spare time until he is drawn to the restful silence of nature. For it is while running through the deepest forests that he recharges his batteries. His motivation and perseverance pay off twice over: In the development of result-oriented marketing strategies as well as his private goal No. 1: running a marathon.

After work, we see Robin saving the world in video games or away from the screen as a motorcyclist, barbecue master and self-confessed cat lover.
Roman Lytin
Frontend development
Highly concentrated and motivated, our front-end developer Roman takes on the most difficult design challenges. His work demands: user-friendly features, perfect visuals and happy customers. He is just as familiar with PhpStorm, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator as he is with the frameworks Vue, React and Tailwind CSS. Since his heart beats for programming, Roman often sits at the computer in his free time. Besides codes, he also enjoys reading a good book - or the thoughts of his opponent in a game of chess.

His overview, combined with his communication skills, makes him the ideal link between Germany and Ukraine. After work, he exercises his open mind in strategic thinking with a game of chess or lets his thoughts run free while cycling - the main thing is to be far away from the computer.

Siska Wilde
Art Direction
Our all-round bundle of energy: As a passionate art director, Siska plans, coordinates and accompanies all creative processes in our projects. This starts with the development of concepts, goes far beyond image editing and layout creation, and doesn't stop at the implementation of advertising measures in print and digital. Where does Siska get the power for all this? Spending time with her dog Baby, rhythmic Zumba workouts and lots of sun - preferably under the Spanish sky.
Sören Dammert

One customer, one solution. Sören finds and develops it, always tailored to the customer and his needs. To do this, he analyses the technical requirements, models the solution and implements it. Perhaps one could even say that discussing is his hobby.

Shopware 6, CMS, xt:Commerce and Styla - Valeriia has already acquired a decent portfolio, which she is continuously expanding. Her latest hobbyhorse is the JavaScript web framework Vue.js. In her private life, too, she is very inquisitive: she is passionate about history, costumes from different eras and the way of life of the people - whereby she prefers the renaissance of Italy and Spain.
